Your mark, exactly.
The mark on screen is composited from your vector file. It is never redrawn, never approximated, never left to chance. Hold these two frames against each other: same geometry to the pixel, and only the brand colour moves.

You fill in the form. About twenty minutes. It is the whole job, and it is the contract.

Playback
Within two business days we send back one page of what we heard: the story, your palette in hex, the storyboard, your exact on-screen words. You approve it or you correct it.

Stills
We build the real frames of your film as finished stills. You see exactly how it will look before a second of it moves.

Animation
The approved stills become the film. Your logo goes on from your vector file, so the mark on screen is your real mark.

Delivery
The finished film in every format your tier includes, and two rounds of edit revisions if you want them.
Direction changes belong at the stills, and there they cost nothing. That is why the stills gate comes before the animation instead of after it.

Stills reach you within 48 hours of your playback approval and your product files arriving. Our clock starts when both are in, never before.
Delivery
5 to 7 days
Five business days for a 15 or 30 second film, seven for a 60. Measured from your stills approval, so every promise measures our speed and not your response time.
Revisions
2 rounds
Two rounds on every tier, after the film is animated. On the monthly pack that is two rounds per film.
The guarantee
If, after both revision rounds, the delivered film still does not work for you, tell us within 14 days of final delivery and we refund the full price.
A refund returns the film's usage rights — a refunded film cannot be used.

How are the timelines this short?
Because the studio runs on a production system built for exactly this work. Your brand system — mark, palette, product geometry — is loaded once and held, so every film starts from approved stills instead of a blank room. From where you sit, the five stages above are the whole method: brief, playback, stills, animation, delivery.
What if I hate the direction?
You correct it at the playback, or at the stills — and at the stills, direction changes cost nothing, which is why that gate exists before anything moves. If the finished film still does not work after both revision rounds, the 14-day guarantee refunds the full price.
Who owns the finished film?
You do. Final payment transfers full commercial usage rights to the delivered films, in every format your tier includes.
What products do you film?
Any product with a launch moment. Our films are product-led: the product is the hero of every frame — no actors, no presenters, no hands in shot. Our portfolio work is drinks because that is where we sharpened the pipeline, and some products suit our process better than others — so we confirm feasibility at the playback, in writing, before any money moves. If we cannot hit our standard on your product, we say so there.
What do we need from you?
Three things, all by email after your brief: your logo as a vector file — and if you only have a PNG, we redraw your mark faithfully at no charge — your brand colours in hex, and photographs of the real product. We tell you exactly which shots when we reply, and the quality of those photographs sets the ceiling on the film, so we are picky about them on your behalf.
What about the music?
Every film ships with music cleared for commercial use, and you approve the track before delivery.
Can I pause the monthly pack?
Yes. The pack is month to month — pause or stop anytime, and your brand system stays on file for when you come back.
How do we talk during a job?
In writing — email, or WhatsApp if you prefer. There are no calls to book and no meetings to sit through. Your playback arrives within two business days of the brief.
